Trip/Tour Registration & Fees
OLÉ! offers educational excursions for OLÉ! members and their guests. A trip may include an overnight stay of one or more nights with confirmed reservations made well in advance. Here’s what you need to know to register for trips/tours:
- Your OLÉ! membership must be current for the term in which the trip takes place in order to be able to register online for a trip.
- A nonrefundable deposit must be paid within five days of registering for a trip. An unpaid deposit will result in registration cancellation.
- Trip balances are due when specified. An unpaid balance will result in registration cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
- All deposits, balances, and supplemental fees are nonrefundable.
- Trip/Tour registration is transferable, but it is the registrant’s responsibility to arrange for another person to take his/her place and to notify Member Support that this is the case.
- Register a nonmember guest by contacting Member Support.
- Each trip/tour has a minimum number of participants who must be registered by a given date in order for the trip/tour to take place. If a trip/tour must be canceled for lack of sufficient enrollment, OLÉ! will notify all registrants and refund any fees already paid.

Registration for Classes
Registration is a separate process from membership. Once a member, you are welcome to take as many classes as you wish. If you are not yet a member, please see the Membership page.
Registering online is quick, and gives you immediate notification about whether you are in the courses you most want to take.

For help with online registration call or email Member Support at 231-0095 or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
As a courtesy, if it turns out that you will not be able to take a class that you have registered for, please un-register yourself online, or notify
Course Fees
If there are course fees, please pay online with your credit card.
Pay your fees as soon as possible when you are notified that you have a confirmed spot. You will receive reminders if you do not pay immediately. However, if a member has not paid a fee by seven days prior to the start of the course/event, the registrant will be automatically dropped from the course and notified that this has occurred. If a member registers late or is dropped from a course for nonpayment of the fee, he/she may re-register and pay the fee immediately provided there is still room in the course.
If you are on the waiting list for a course, you will not be able to pay a fee for that course or event; i.e., no fees will be accepted until you have moved off the waiting list and into a confirmed spot.
Course Fee Refund
If a registrant drops a course within 7 days before the start of the course, he/she will not qualify for a refund of any fees paid. However, members can always appeal to the board if they believe that financial hardship or extenuating circumstance warrant consideration.
